I needed expert guidance beyond basic bookkeeping to rebuild and optimize my chart of accounts and gain clear financial insights. They helped me understand and fix issues like credit card liability categorization and reporting inconsistencies in Xero. I was also using a spreadsheet to manually track and make decisions. And he pointed out that I was only doing that because of my lack of confidence in my accounting process. Now that we have a plan to centralize all reporting information in Xero, I now have confidence in my financial data and KPIs, which helps me make smarter hiring and business decisions.
