Erica Goode, CPA is a seasoned professional, with a large following on LinkedIn. I attended a few of her virtual zoom trainings on latest Technology Advancements for finance professionals, as well as sales tips, etc. She has incredible work ethic, and very knowledgeable in financial services. She also hosts a podcast with weekly tips on finance for business professionals, called :Consultants + Money! I highly recommend her services to anyone in need of a Fractional CFO!

Reason for working with Erica Goode, CPA
Erica was recommended to me by a fellow business owner, and I was already interested in her work as she specialized in my industry. When I reached out to her, she was so generous with her time and advise before I even became a client that I was sure I'd get a lot out of working with her. I did a one-off strategy session that was incredibly helpful in helping me map out my next calendar year, so I became a monthly client shortly after.

Erica obviously cares deeply about her clients. Onboarding her was incredibly simple, and I did next to no work beyond giving her access to certain accounts. She is incredibly organized and has a predictable system for completing work and delivering me monthly financial insights on my business—you can set your calendar by arrival of her deliverables. Even before graduating to her mini-CFO level, there were times I had questions that I wanted her strategic insight on, and she was more than happy to give me her thoughts based on what she was seeing in my financials. Now that I work with her in her mini-CFO program, she's been my first stop for gut-checking decisions I make that will impact revenue or expenses, and I feel so much less alone as a solopreneur.
Even when things are challenging in my business, Erica brings a can-do attitude to my interactions, and she's up for helping me think creatively about how to make sure my business reaches higher levels of stability. She's also shown how much she cares about me as a person—sending flowers upon hearing about the passing of a family member and giving me pep talks along with the delivery of difficult monthly financial reports.
