Experience working with Good Measure
Our organization was in a rough spot regarding our financial processes given we were understaff and lacked the expertise needed to work effectively in this area. Our partnership with Good Measure Financial was easily the best decision we’ve made operationally in the last decade. We needed professional help from payroll/tax filing to best practice as a non-profit organization and GMF was the clear choice. There are so many details that make working with a church labor intensive, ranging from how pastors are paid to supporting missionaries or working with committees. The regular, run of the mill business partner working with small business could never do what GMF has done for us. Nothing is boiler plate. If I need Ben, he is available to give good, honest, friendly, and proactive help. You don’t have to lead their team to fix your problems like I’ve seen with other partnerships, Ben will find it and do it before asked. He is the guy and GMF is the team you want in a foxhole. If you’re a church and your finances are more characterized by chaos rather than order, call Ben. Pastors need partners, especially when it comes to the financial operations of a church. Get 10-20hrs of your week back to give to your congregation and thank me later.

Tech forward, willing to adopt systems, processes and automation to streamline workflow and communication. Stable, healthy organizations with steady revenue or smaller with a strong growth trajectory. Partner with us in custom designing apps/solutions to their biz problems, if needed
Clients who wouldNOTbe a good fit
Organizations that are inventory or retail heavy. Don't love systems and processes for efficiency (tech and communication-wise,) who are $10MM+ in revenue and need entire accounting function in house.
