They helped me understand and fix issues like credit card liability categorization and reporting inconsistencies in Xero. I was also using a spreadsheet to manually track and make decisions. And he pointed out that I was only doing that because of my lack of confidence in my accounting process. Now that we have a plan to centralize all reporting information in Xero, I now have confidence in my financial data and KPIs, which helps me make smarter hiring and business decisions.
