Clients who would be a good fit
We work very extensively within the VC, Startup, HNW and UHNW community. We do a lot of tax planning and tax strategies. We do a lot of planning around ISOs, NSOs, RSUs, 83(b), QSBS. We look at tax planning not just for savings today but also into the future. We also work with a large number of professionals like doctors, lawyers, finance individuals. We also work with a lot of Web3 / Crypto clients for both individual and businesses.
Clients who wouldNOTbe a good fit
There are some industries that we aren't great at like oil and gas, livestock, car dealerships.

For individuals we help answer questions and plan for life events so that taxes aren't a burden or an unknown.
