Horrible. It took 3 weeks to go from me paying to our first meeting to transfer my quickbooks online account. The firm then asked many things that seemed like it was outsourcing the work internationally or they're trying to rely on AI. Turns out neither. I liked Igor a lot but the firm may be better for different types of businesses.
