I prefer client who are able to work with me online. So they would need to be able to use zoom and put documents into a portal online. They need to understand that CPAs an other tax preparers costs more than turbo tax due to our experience and education. I would also like a client who is interested in their business and inquisitive.

Once I have your email, I will send you an invitation to the portal plus an engagement letter and an organizer virtually

Upload your Docs
Once you get the organizer, please complete and attach any neccessary tax documents.

Tax Prep and Review
Let me know that the documents are loaded. I ask for 2 weeks to get you a prelim return for you to review. Ask any questions needed and let me know when you are ready to file.

Filing time!
I will send you the docu-sign and my invoice. When the docu-sign is signed and my invoice has been paid. I file. Once it is accepted, I will send you an efile confirmation form.
Transparent Pricing
Individual Returns
$500 - $2,000 Annual Fixed Fee
Return cost is based on the complexity of the return. The base would be 2 W-2s, EIC and the top end would be SE and rental propery owner.
Business Returns
$500 - $10,000 Annual Fixed Fee
This would be prep of an S-Corp 1120-S, Partnership 1065, or C Corp 1120. This does not include bookkeeping services.
Bookkeeping Services
$200 - $1,500 Monthly Fixed Fee
Provide monthly, quarterly or annual bookkeeping for clients. This includes bank reconciliation, adding invoices,etc to Accounting software, and prep of financials for client
Tax resolution Services
$1,000 - $5,000 Project-Based Fee
Provide services calculating resolution options such as abatement, Installment payments, and offers in compromise. We then wil assist with IRS. A $500 retainer to is required to schedule a rep consult
