Experience working with Grace CPA Services
Grace CPA Services has been a godsend. A full service CPA who handles both my bookkeeping and accounting needs, using mastery of Quickbooks Online to facilitate the ease of money management. Stephanie is diligent and responsive to queries, and I always feel like I'm in good hands.

I have been working in Accounting and tax since 2006 and I have been a CPA since 2008. I provide almost 20 years of Experience and I have worked with larger CPA firms Ernst and Young and BDO. I also have worked in industry as a Controller and then CFO for several smaller companies in the restaurant industry.

Our Ideal Client Profile
I prefer client who are able to work with me online. So they would need to be able to use zoom and put documents into a portal online. They need to understand that CPAs an other tax preparers costs more than turbo tax due to our experience and education. I would also like a client who is interested in their business and inquisitive.

Send me your email and fill out client intake info
Once I have your email, I will send you an invitation to the portal plus an engagement letter and an organizer virtually

Upload your Docs
Once you get the organizer, please complete and attach any neccessary tax documents.

Tax Prep and Review
Let me know that the documents are loaded. I ask for 2 weeks to get you a prelim return for you to review. Ask any questions needed and let me know when you are ready to file.

Filing time!
I will send you the docu-sign and my invoice. When the docu-sign is signed and my invoice has been paid. I file. Once it is accepted, I will send you an efile confirmation form.
Transparent Pricing
Individual Returns
$500 - $2,000 Annual Fixed Fee
Return cost is based on the complexity of the return. The base would be 2 W-2s, EIC and the top end would be SE and rental propery owner.
Business Returns
$500 - $10,000 Annual Fixed Fee
This would be prep of an S-Corp 1120-S, Partnership 1065, or C Corp 1120. This does not include bookkeeping services.
Bookkeeping Services
$200 - $1,500 Monthly Fixed Fee
Provide monthly, quarterly or annual bookkeeping for clients. This includes bank reconciliation, adding invoices,etc to Accounting software, and prep of financials for client
Tax resolution Services
$1,000 - $5,000 Project-Based Fee
Provide services calculating resolution options such as abatement, Installment payments, and offers in compromise. We then wil assist with IRS. A $500 retainer to is required to schedule a rep consult

I am a CPA in Grosse Pointe, MI but I offer all my services virtually. I started doing taxes back in 2008 as a side business. I went full time in 2020. I started my accounting career as an Auditor for Ernst and Young. I have worked as a controller for several companies previously and I have also worked with BDO as a fractional CFO. I am a pro-advisor with Quickbooks and a partner with Gusto and Sure Payroll. I was recently completed a course and became a Certified Representation Consultant thru the Tax Rep Network.
