Founded in 2024, Steady Co was born from a shared vision between two experienced accountants who aspired to build something of their own. Before launching the company, they honed their expertise across all facets of accounting, beginning their careers in assurance with the ‘Big 4’ firms. Over time, they transitioned into accounting consulting and advisory roles, working with both public and private companies.
Their careers often placed them in the middle of complex, messy financial situations—requiring them to dive deep, untangle challenges, and implement stronger processes and controls. Through these experiences, they discovered a passion for solving problems and building financial structures that empower businesses to thrive. With over 20 years of combined experience, they founded Steady Co to bring that same level of strategic insight and hands-on expertise to smaller businesses.
